What to Do When You Can’t Stop Overthinking What to Eat

I lost my train of thought… again (Thanks, food brain)
This used to happen to me all the time:
I was putting away groceries…and suddenly just stood there, staring into the fridge, bags half-unpacked, no idea what I was doing.
Why?
Because my brain was so full of food thoughtsI couldn’t remember what I was even looking for.
Seriously, my mind was going like this:
😫 Should I eat that leftover pasta now or wait?
😣 Was it a mistake to buy those cookies?
🤔 Do I need more vegetables this week?
😩 Will this week be the week I finally get it together?
I wasn’t just overeating.
I was overthinking.
And just like that…I forgot why I opened the fridge in the first place.
Do you ever feel that way?
Like your brain is so tired from food decisions, you can’t focus on anything else?
That used to be me all the time.
But not anymore.
Now, I just eat (or not)… and move on with my life.No more spirals. No more guilt. No more food drama stealing my mental space.
I created MILO, my Food Freedom membership, for women like you and me.
Women who want to feel calm and clear.
Who want to enjoy food without the noise in their heads.
Who want to get their brain back.
Especially now, when summer’s ending, schedules are shifting, and life already feels a little cluttered.
If you’re ready for that kind of peace?
Check out MILO here: https://www.thecravingscoach.fr/milo
Your brain will thank you.
With calm,
Nan
P.S. You don’t realize how much space food drama takes up in your brain until it’s gone. And wow… does it feel good !
