Success Doesn’t Mean Perfect (And That’s Okay!)

Hi my friend!

I wanted to share something that might help if you ever feel like you’ve "messed up" on your diet or any other goal.

Here’s a little story from my own experience:

I ate an extra chocolate bar… yep, it happens to all of us, even when we’re trying to lose weight or get stronger. Instead of feeling guilty, I used it as a chance to get back on track.

Here are 5 questions I asked myself to keep moving forward:

1. Why is eating too much chocolate a problem?

    - I’m gaining weight, and that’s not my goal.

    - I’m not keeping my promise to myself.

2. Why is it NOT a problem?

    - I’m human. We don’t always stick to our diet, and that’s okay.

3. Why is it an opportunity?

    - It’s a chance to learn and grow. I’m getting better at sticking to my plan.

4. Can I forgive myself?

    - Yes! It’s normal to judge ourselves, but I don’t have to believe it.

5. Why?

    - I know how to get back on track, and I’m doing it!

It’s such a relief to know we don’t have to be perfect to succeed. Just keep showing up, and you’ll get there!

Talk soon,

Nan

P.S. Success doesn’t mean perfect—it means showing up, learning, and growing!
